This is a three-month initiatory pilgrimage cultivated by Katie & Mona from their personal journeys, collaborations and inner-standings of the Lotus.
Our training is curated for you to bloom into impactful and inspiring leadership in guiding yourself and others into rebirth with the power of the Blue Lotus!
We will support you to feel confident in offering Blue Lotus ceremonies and/or working with the Blue Lotus for societal transformation and/or in other healing and transformative modalities with integrity.
This training is for those that are called to work with the Blue Lotus flower that is supporting humanity’s rebirth and quantum leap into a new consciousness at this time.
It is for those that recognize that there is more than meets the eye to this sacred flower and are curious to connect with the various ways in which the Blue Lotus is supporting a profound systems shift and societal rebirth.

About this training
An alchemical integration within yourself and your lotus leadership
Immerse yourself in our experiential training – listen and decipher the unique messages the lotus wants to communicate to and through you. Combine the timeless wisdom of the Blue Lotus with new information that is sourced through your personal connection with the Lotus and reborn through the power of conscious community.
This journey will guide you from life through death and the underworld and finally to rebirth an alchemical integration within yourself and your Lotus leadership. As you are guided to decipher the ancient – future Lotus teachings, you will feel equipped to work with the Blue Lotus in your own spiritual journey and everyday life, as well as to hold beautiful, timeless, sacred space and/or catalyze Lotus- related projects for yourself and others.
Dieta with the Blue Lotus
We will embark on a Blue Lotus dieta (diet) throughout the training. This will support you in expanding consciousness as you bridge your unique Lotus path from Life through Death and the Underworld to Rebirth.
A dieta is a dialogue between the seeker, the guide and the plant for the duration of the training. It creates a relationship – an aliveness and knowing between you and the Lotus which will guide you in your ceremonies and work with the Blue Lotus.
Your dieta involves spending time with the Blue Lotus in daily contemplation and self ceremony. It might include a relinquishing or sacrifice of your usual patterns as we receive and create with new innate guidance.

Mona Rabie
Egyptian/Canadian, Founder of Together Temple in Cairo and the Rise Together Movement. Mona is a Blue Lotus Guardian and Keeper.

Award-winning sacred dance therapist and creator of Awakened Bellydance. Katie is a renowned professional dancer with a passion for self-empowerment and self-initiation through conscious movement,
Katie has supported thousands of people around the world through trainings, retreats, energetic activation and integration.
She has worked with the Blue Lotus since 2020, co-hosting ceremonies with Mona at the Together Temple.
